USAirports Flight Support in Rochester, NY is hiring full-time flight line service agents for the A-Shift to support fueling, deicing, towing, and passenger assistance on the ramp. The role offers a 40-hour workweek with early morning shifts and comprehensive benefits.

You will work under the Line Service Manager, complete training within 90 days (NATA Safety, Airline Fuel, Deice, Tow), and have opportunities to advance to lead or supervisor roles.

Formación

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Valid Driver’s License, birth certificate and/or passport.
• Able to pass a 10-year background check, and obtain an airport security badge.
• Able to acquire customs seal through US Customs and Border Patrol.
• Excellent dependability, communication, and professionalism required.
• Able to work flexible hours and shifts, including holidays and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Refuel aircraft.
• Deice aircraft.
• Refuel ground service equipment.
• Drive fuel trucks and ground support vehicles.
• Park, tow, store, and secure aircraft; direct vehicle and aircraft movements on ramps.
• Policing the ramp, lounges, and auto parking areas to maintain cleanliness and security.
• Assist passengers as needed and meet arriving/departing aircraft.
• Maintain and monitor fuel inventories on trucks.
• Provide lavatory and water service and restocking as requested.
• Provide shuttle service for passengers and crew.
• Assist with general cleaning and debris removal from ramp and customer areas.
• Maintain a high standard of customer service for flight crews and passengers.
• Successfully complete USAirports training modules and perform other duties as assigned.
