Job summary

Smyth in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a skilled Flexographic Press Operator to join our team. You will set up and operate a Comco flexographic press to produce high-quality labels and packaging on a compressed 3-day schedule.

Ideal candidates have printing experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement. Overtime is available, with competitive hourly pay and benefits including health insurance and PTO.

Salary Range: $30.00 To $40.00 Hourly

Smyth is hiring a skilled Flexographic Press Operator to join our growing team at our facility centrally located in the Twin Cities. If you have printing experience and strong mechanical aptitude, this is a great opportunity to work a compressed 3-day schedule while producing high-quality labels and packaging.

Joining Smyth with experience that includes c old foil, h ot stamp dies, r otary screens, and/or t actile varnishes AND you can deliver consistent quality throughput, your overall compensation would reflect those experiences.

Schedule

• 12.25-hour shifts (36.75 hours/week)
• Overtime available (paid after 40 hours)
• Competitive pay, $30-$40 per hour, based on experience and bonus opportunities

• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or BRC quality systems
