Job summary
Goodyear is seeking a skilled field technician in Oro Valley, AZ to service delivery vans and DOT vehicles at client sites. You will perform oil changes, tire services, inspections, diagnostics, fluid exchanges, and preventive maintenance, including advanced repairs and state inspections.
Two shift options exist (9PM-7AM or 9-6AM) with a 4‑day or 5‑day workweek. DOT certification and a valid license are required; company benefits, training, and advancement opportunities are available.
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience performing qualified DOT inspections, preventive maintenance and brake services.
- Must have DOT Brake Certification or obtain within 30 days of hire.
- Must have a valid driver's license and meet DOT physical requirements, including age 21+.
Responsibilities
- Servicing delivery vans and DOT vehicles for scheduled preventative maintenance at a client site.
- Perform line technician services such as oil changes, tire services, inspections/maintenance, system diagnostics, brake repairs, fluid exchanges/flushes, preventive maintenance, and tire installation.
- Advanced repairs and state inspections.
- Training for this role may take place in a customer retail environment prior to working on the client site.
