Job summary

Goodyear is seeking a skilled field technician in Oro Valley, AZ to service delivery vans and DOT vehicles at client sites. You will perform oil changes, tire services, inspections, diagnostics, fluid exchanges, and preventive maintenance, including advanced repairs and state inspections.

Two shift options exist (9PM-7AM or 9-6AM) with a 4‑day or 5‑day workweek. DOT certification and a valid license are required; company benefits, training, and advancement opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience performing qualified DOT inspections, preventive maintenance and brake services.
• Must have DOT Brake Certification or obtain within 30 days of hire.
• Must have a valid driver's license and meet DOT physical requirements, including age 21+.

• 4 Day work week option 9PM-7AM
• 5 Day work week option 9-6am

About the Role: What will you do?

Basic Requirements

• 2 years of experience performing qualified DOT regulated inspections, preventative maintenance, and brake related services
• Must have DOT Brake Certification, or be willing to obtain within 30 days of hire
• Must have a valid driver's license and meet DOT physical requirements, including being at least 21 years of age

Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• ASE Certification (s)
• Previous experience diagnosing vehicles and performing road tests, electrical, air conditioning, and primary and advanced fuel ignition experience
