Job summary

The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company in Albany, NY is seeking a hands-on Service Manager for our Fleet Service Centers. You will supervise the workflow, coordinate technicians, and ensure timely, high-quality service for fleet customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of previous Automotive Service management experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future.
• No relocation is being offered for this position.

Responsibilities

• Perform line technician services, routine inspections/maintenance, system diagnostics, and brake repairs.
• Document all work performed on the repair order.
• Report any safety issues immediately to management.
• Promote teamwork to deliver timely guest care.
• Maintain strict adherence to Company policy on vehicle care and operation.
• Perform a variety of manual tasks for extended periods, including lifting tires and wheels.
