Job summary

Goodyear is seeking a hands-on Service Manager for its Fleet Service Center at 46 Wolf Rd, Albany, NY. This role offers a 4-day or 5-day shift option with hours 9 PM–7 AM or 9 PM–6 AM and an hourly starting pay range of $27–$30.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of automotive service management experience.
• Valid driver's license and ability to work legally in the U.S.
• No relocation; must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. now or in the future.
• ASE Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage Fleet Service Center operations and staffing.
• Schedule team, service appointments, and organize workflow.
• Perform line technician services and diagnostics when needed.
• Document work on repair orders and handle billing/POS interactions.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and safety compliance.
