Job summary

SkyWest Airlines is seeking a Fleet Service Agent to support overnight operations in Milwaukee, WI. You will ensure aircraft are thoroughly cleaned and prepared for operations the following day, and you will maintain aircraft materials and supplies while performing limited hangar maintenance.

Requirements include strong communication, the ability to lift 50 pounds, English literacy, and willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a full-time role within a safety-focused team.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in deadline-driven environments.
• Able to read, write, and comprehend English clearly.
• Physically capable of lifting 50 pounds and performing mobility tasks.
• Must hold a valid, unrestricted state driver's license and be able to work nights.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive cleaning of interior and exterior SkyWest aircraft.
• Maintain and organize aircraft materials and supplies.
• Conduct limited maintenance and cleaning in hangar and facility.
• Carry out additional duties as directed by supervisor or crew leader.
