Job summary

SkyWest Airlines is seeking a Fleet Service Agent for night shifts to thoroughly clean and prepare aircraft for daily operations. You will handle interior and exterior cleaning, organize materials, and assist in the hangar as needed.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication, the ability to work under tight deadlines, and a commitment to safety while supporting a collaborative, professional team in a full-time role at our Nashville operations.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to communicate clearly in English (reading/writing).
• Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and variable schedules.
• Capable of lifting 50+ pounds and handling physical tasks.
• Works well in a team and maintains safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare aircraft interiors and exteriors for operations the next day.
• Maintain and organize aircraft materials and supplies.
• Perform limited maintenance tasks in hangar or facility.
• Follow directions from Manager, Supervisor, or Crew Leader.
