Job summary

SkyWest is seeking a Fleet Service Agent in the United States for a full-time night shift role. You will thoroughly clean aircraft interiors and exteriors, organize materials, and assist in hangar maintenance. This position requires strong teamwork and the ability to work under deadline pressures.

Starting wage is $16.30 per hour, with night, weekend, and holiday shifts, and a driving license is required. Must be able to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Qualifications

• THIS IS A NIGHT SHIFT POSITION.
• Demonstrated strong communication skills.
• Able to routinely lift over 50 pounds, with or without accommodation.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and comprehending English.
• Hold a valid, unrestricted driver's license.
• Authorized to work in the United States for any employer, without sponsorship.
• Capable of performing under stressful conditions and tight deadlines.
• Exhibits self-motivation and works well in a team.
• Overnight shifts and variable schedules required.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive cleaning of both interior and exterior of SkyWest aircraft.
• Maintain and organize aircraft materials and supplies.
• Conduct limited maintenance and cleaning within hangar and facility.
• Carry out additional duties as directed by Manager, Supervisor, or Crew Leader.
