Job summary

SkyWest Airlines is seeking a Fleet Service Agent for the night shift in Milwaukee. You will thoroughly clean aircraft interiors and exteriors and prepare planes for operations the following day, ensuring safety and timeliness.

The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, strong English communication, a valid driver’s license, and flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays. It is a full-time position with a starting wage of $16.30/hour plus a $1 night-shift override.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Able to lift over 50 pounds with/without accommodation.
• Proficient reading, writing and comprehension of English.
• Hold a valid, unrestricted state drivers license.
• Authorized to work in the United States for any employer, without sponsorship.
• Capable of performing under stressful conditions and tight deadlines.
• Exhibits self-motivation and works well in a team.
• Overnight shifts required.
• Available for nights, weekends, holidays, and variable schedules.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive cleaning of both interior and exterior SkyWest aircraft.
• Maintain and organize aircraft materials and supplies.
• Conduct limited maintenance and cleaning within the maintenance hangar and facility.
• Carry out additional responsibilities as directed by the Manager, Supervisor, or Crew Leader.
