Job summary

SkyWest Airlines is seeking a Fleet Service Agent in Lincoln, Nebraska to ensure aircraft are cleaned and prepped for the next day’s operations.

This full-time night-shift role requires lifting capability, strong English communication, and the ability to work under pressure. You will clean interiors and exteriors, organize supplies, assist in hangar tasks, and follow supervisor instructions, with a nightly wage of about $18–$19 plus a $1 shift premium.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills required.
• Able to lift over 50 pounds with/without accommodation.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and comprehending English.
• Valid, unrestricted state-issued driver's license.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
• Self-motivated and team-oriented.
• This is a night-shift position requiring overnight hours.
• Willing to work nights, weekends, holidays, and variable schedules.

Responsibilities

• Clean interior and exterior of aircraft.
• Maintain and organize aircraft materials and supplies.
• Perform limited maintenance and cleaning in hangar.
• Follow directions from Manager, Supervisor, or Crew Leader.
