Job summary

Lime is seeking mechanics to maintain our fleet of shared vehicles in a full-time onsite role in San Francisco. The schedule runs Tuesday through Saturday, 4:00 p.m. to 12:30 a.m., with emphasis on safety procedures and daily quality checks.

You will perform repairs from basic maintenance to complex electronic part replacements, manage battery operations, and help with inventory and tire maintenance while documenting all activities. Lime offers comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Experience in a similar industry preferred.
• Ability to understand and follow safety procedures in English.
• Ability to lift up to 65 lbs frequently.

Responsibilities

• Ensure operational compliance of fleet and complete quality checks for deployment.
• Perform repairs from basic maintenance to complex electronic part replacement.
• Follow established safety procedures to ensure Lime riders are on the safest vehicles.
• Manage battery operations such as inspection, rotation, check in/out, and more.
• Ensure accurate documentation of completed quality checks for vehicles and parts.
• Support inventory management and organization of tools, parts, and vehicles.
• May assist with tire maintenance including changes, inflation, or assembly.
• Maintain and abide by safety and hygiene standards within the warehouse.
• Maximize the number of operational vehicles by efficiently completing tasks assigned.
