Job summary

Lime in San Francisco is seeking skilled vehicle mechanics to maintain our shared fleet. You will perform repairs, quality checks, and battery management to ensure safe, reliable scooters and bikes across the fleet.

Join a team-oriented, safety-conscious environment with a focus on efficient operations, documentation, and warehousing duties. This full-time onsite role supports a dynamic micromobility network in the Bay Area.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar industry preferred.
• Able to lift up to 65 lbs / 35 kg frequently.
• Ability to work varied shifts including evenings and weekends.
• Strong problem-solving skills and quick, efficient repairs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure operational compliance of fleet and complete quality checks for deployment.
• Perform repairs from basic maintenance to complex electronic part replacement.
• Follow safety procedures to keep Lime riders safe.
• Manage battery operations: inspection, rotation, check-in/out, and more.
• Document completed quality checks for vehicles and parts.
• Support inventory management and tool/vehicle organization.
• May assist with tire maintenance, changes, inflation, or assembly.
