Job summary

Avery Dennison Corporation is seeking a Finishing Operator for the Night Shift (11:20 PM – 7:30 AM). You will sort, label, and package finished goods per customer specs, inspect quality, maintain supplies, and prepare cores for machines.

You may rotate to other finishing tasks and participate in continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED (or 3+ years related manufacturing experience) and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Sort, label, and package finished goods per specs.
• Inspect the general appearance of finished product.
• Keep area stocked with packaging materials.
• Prepare cores for machine operators.
• Coordinate information across shifts to ensure operations.
• Track multiple orders being packed simultaneously.
• Support 5S duties and audits.
• Assist in equipment maintenance and improvement activities.

Education
