The role requires hands-on mechanical skills, basic math, and the ability to work independently on a fast-paced night shift, with a milestone bonus opportunity up to $1,500 in the first year.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalency required; trades training a strong plus.
• Ability to speak, read and write English.
• Uses mathematical calculations and interprets equipment diagrams, charts and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Sets up, troubleshoots, repairs and/or replaces parts, and operates qualified equipment in department.
• Performs preventive maintenance and inspection of all equipment.
• Adjusts line speeds to meet standards and maximize production while maintaining quality.
• Writes work requests for repairs and has supervisor approval.
