Job summary

VulcanForms Inc. is seeking a Supervisor, Final Release for the Night Shift to lead the Final Release team and ensure timely, accurate documentation and product release in a regulated manufacturing environment.

You will set priorities, monitor workflow, coach staff, and collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and Quality to maintain compliance and on-time releases. On-site schedule is Monday–Friday, 3pm–11pm, with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in manufacturing/quality in regulated environment.
• Experience reviewing DHRs, batch records, and controlled documentation.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of QMS and ERP systems.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Final Release team, assign daily tasks and priorities.
• Set daily objectives and monitor progress and schedules.
• Coach team and ensure SOPs are understood and followed.
• Oversee release flow and review of records for accuracy and completeness.
• Ensure QA review of data entry, DHRs, batch records, and final release docs.
• Coordinate cross-functional release activities with stakeholders.
• Escalate issues outside standard processes and drive improvements.
• Maintain ERP/QMS knowledge and team performance metrics.
