Job summary

VulcanForms, based in Massachusetts, seeks a Supervisor for Final Release on the Day Shift to lead the Final Release team and ensure manufacturing records, inspections, and release activities meet established procedures and quality standards.

The role coordinates with Operations, Program Management, Engineering, Customer Service, and Distribution to address documentation or release issues and support on-time product release. It is a 5-day on-site position, 7am–3pm, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, quality assurance, final release, or a related regulated manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coordinate, train, or provide day-to-day direction to employees in a manufacturing or Quality environment.
• Experience reviewing DHRs, batch records, or similar controlled documentation for completeness and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, day-to-day supervision of the Final Release team, including assigning tasks, establishing priorities, monitoring work in progress, and ensuring daily schedules and commitments are achieved.
• Oversee the flow of manufacturing and technical records through the Final Release process, ensuring records are properly prepared, reviewed, inspected, and completed.
• Ensure records comply with SOPs, customer requirements, accreditation standards, and regulatory requirements.
