Job summary

VulcanForms Inc. is seeking a Supervisor, Final Release - Night Shift to lead the Final Release team and ensure proper documentation and release of products.

This on-site role runs Monday through Friday, 3pm–11pm, coordinating with Operations, Engineering, and Quality to meet schedules. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in regulated manufacturing, with experience in DHRs, CAPAs, and QMS/ERP systems, and strong cross‑functional leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in manufacturing, quality assurance, final release in regulated environments.
• Medical devices or aerospace manufacturing experience preferred.
• Lead, coordinate, and train teams in manufacturing/quality settings.
• Experience reviewing DHRs, batch records, and controlled documentation for compliance.
• Experience identifying and tracking nonconformances, deviations, and CAPAs.
• Ability to read engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specs.
• Knowledge of QMS and ERP systems.
• Strong attention to detail and multi-priority management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee final release flow ensuring records are prepared, reviewed, and completed.
• Assign and track work-in-progress records through completion.
• Ensure QA review of data entry and final release documentation.
• Verify batch/product against specifications and complete physical verification.
• Ensure records comply with SOPs, customer requirements, and regulatory standards.
• Escalate issues and coordinate corrections for missing or incorrect information.
• Support tracking of nonconformances, deviations, and CAPAs.
• Maintain knowledge of ERP, QMS, and related systems.
• Represent Quality/Final Release in production planning and meetings.
