Job summary

Filtration Group in Kentucky is seeking a dedicated assembler to join the final assembly line, building products to print and packaging them within a cell. You will read prints and work across assembly setups with minimal supervision.

The role runs 10:00pm to 6:30am, Sunday through Thursday, with cross-training, safety compliance and opportunities for overtime, paid time off, and team events as part of a supportive manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and interpret assembly prints.
• 1–2 years of experience is a plus.
• Must be able to read, write, and count.
• Good hand–eye coordination and communication skills.
• Must be able to work sitting or standing for up to 8 hours.
• Must be able to work flexible hours.
• Follow all safety rules and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products per print and as part of a cell or final assembly.
• Train on-the-job to set up fixtures and assist junior assemblers.
• Maintain daily production and scrap records.
• Operate with accuracy and at process speed to meet targets.
• Keep work area clean and report issues to supervision.
