Anomatic is seeking an Assembly Machine Operator for the third shift in New Albany, Ohio. You will operate assembly/print machines, troubleshoot minor issues, and ensure product quality while coordinating with Team Leaders and other teams.

The role requires reading job cards, basic math, and strong attention to detail. Expect a competitive pay rate and a supportive, safety-focused work environment with opportunities for overtime and training.

Qualifications

• Ability to maintain good attendance.
• Ability to differentiate between colors.
• Basic Math skills.
• Comfortable using a Windows-based computer.
• Demonstrated understanding of quality control concepts and processes within a manufacturing environment.
• Good manual dexterity and hand/eye coordination.
• Work well under pressure.
• Able to work overtime, sometimes on short notice.
• Ability to successfully complete all required training.

Responsibilities

• Operate Assembly/Print machines and troubleshoot minor issues.
• Analyze machine operations and inspect products.
• Make mechanical adjustments to eliminate quality variations and malfunctions.
• Provide timely communication with Team Leaders and other teams regarding issues.
• Meet production standards once trained.
• Inspect and pack finished parts to spec.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area.
