The ideal candidate has mechanical assembly experience, proficiency with hand and power tools, and the ability to read schematics and blueprints. Training and night shift opportunities available with upfront orientation on days.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing/assembly with mechanical focus.
• Proficient with calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Ability to read schematics and blueprints.
• Skilled with hand and power tools.
• Awareness of safety regulations in industrial settings.
• Forklift operation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components according to detailed schematics and drawings.
• Use precision instruments to verify dimensions and tolerances.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, welding and fabrication equipment safely.
• Read wiring diagrams and fabrication blueprints to guide assembly.
• Inspect quality throughout production process.
• Move materials with forklift as needed.
• Support continuous improvement and safety initiatives.
