Job summary

Filtration Group in Breckenridge, TX is seeking a reliable assembler to join our night shift. You will assemble products to prints and support final assembly lines with little supervision.

Ideal candidates read prints, count, and communicate clearly. You must be able to stand or sit for long periods and adapt to flexible hours. We offer competitive pay, 401(k) with company match, health/vision/dental, maternity/paternity leave, overtime, and team events.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret assembly prints.
• 1-2 years experience is a plus.
• Must be able to read, write, and count.
• Good hand eye coordination. Good communication skills.
• Must be able to work sitting or standing for up to 8 hours.
• Must be able to work flexible hours.
• Follow all plant and departmental safety rules and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly functions as assigned.
• Work in a quality conscious and safe manner.
• Maintain process speed and standard rates.
• Pull work orders, assemble, and package final assemblies.
• Maintain daily product and scrap records.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned by leadership.
• Keep the workstation and area clean.
• Maintain all assigned tools.
