Job summary

Avery Dennison Corporation is hiring an Extrusion Operator for the night shift (6:45 PM–7:00 AM) with training on day shift for 90 days. The role supports Engineered Films Plants at Concord 18 or Painesville 3E facilities, with emphasis on safety, quality and production efficiency.

Responsibilities include operating extrusion equipment, monitoring process parameters, loading materials and maintaining logs. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent and be capable of working

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or 3+ years of relevant manufacturing experience.
• Possess or acquire required licenses to perform the job within specified timing.
• Adaptable, flexible and able to handle ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain all processing and material handling equipment within the film extrusion process.
• Monitor meters, gauges, valves, temperatures and pressures to meet production specifications.
• Set up machines requiring high precision and interaction of multiple variables.
• Load raw materials and unload finished product, controlling machine settings.
• Perform routine tests and check product using calibrated measuring devices.
• Maintain production records and logs of equipment and performance.
