Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read precision measuring tools accurately.
• Willingness to work shift rotations, overtime and cross-train as needed.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot extrusion and material handling machinery according to SOPs.
• Monitor gauges, temperatures, pressures and product dimensions with calibrated tools.
• Identify equipment issues, analyze root causes, and suggest improvements to reduce waste.
• Load raw materials, manage machine controls, and maintain production logs.
• Maintain site safety standards and collaborate with teams to meet production goals.
