KIK Consumer Products is seeking a Night Shift Lead to manage filling operations and drive safety, quality, and efficiency on the line. You will guide a ~25-person team and ensure timely production with strong cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in manufacturing, with 3+ years in a supervisory capacity.
• Proven experience leading teams in fast-paced production with safety and quality discipline.
• Working knowledge of QMS (document control, deviations, CAPA, audit readiness).
• Coaching mindset and ability to build a high-performance culture.
• GMP, safety, and 6S/Lean expertise; experience delivering safety training and tracking compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own daily filling operations to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets.
• Lead, coach, and develop 3rd Shift Leads and ~25 production employees; set expectations and recognize wins.
• Monitor output, yields, downtime, waste, and labor efficiency; deploy corrective actions.
• Run shift huddles and maintain cross-functional communication across Production, QA, Supply Chain, Maintenance, and HR.
• Allocate labor based on demand, attendance and schedule priorities.
• Advance reliability and cost reduction via Lean/6S and continuous improvement.
