Job summary

GEOTEK LLC in Minnesota is seeking a Machine Operator (Filament Winding Operator) to manage poles and processes for HMI operations, Veil applications, and resin mixes on the production floor. You will prep, coat, pigment, and support safety, quality, and efficiency in filament winding.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to read/write English, measure grams/kilos, and experience with chemical handling or coating.

Qualifications

• Must pay attention to detail and read and write English.
• Experience with chemical mixing or coating preferred.
• Ability to work with supervision and follow procedures.
• Strong safety, quality and productivity mindset.

Responsibilities

• Monitor chemical levels and MVP system inventory.
• Operate HMI controls and veil/coating processes.
• Handle chemicals and prep for operations.
• Follow work instructions and procedures.
• Support Filament Winding and other plant areas as needed.
• Assist with repainting as required.
• Report issues to team leaders and document paperwork.
