Job summary

Roy Jorgensen Associates, Inc. currently seeks a full-time Field Supervisor Night shift to work with Highway Maintenance Technicians in the Houston, TX area.

The role oversees a variety of highway maintenance tasks, traffic control, and safety/compliance with company policies and regulations. Responsibilities include coordinating daily operations, supporting staff development, and ensuring safety and productivity.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English & Spanish.
• Minimum 5 years of supervisor/Field lead in highway maintenance.
• Roadway/toll lane maintenance experience.
• Industry knowledge of highway maintenance and/or the construction transportation field.
• Equipment operators: Wheel Loader, Skid steer, Forklift, Mini excavator, etc.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and coordinate field staff.
• Ensure safety, productivity, and regulatory compliance.
• Support staff development and training.
• Technicians report to project yard in Houston, TX.
