Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of highway construction maintenance industry related experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Google Earth.
• Leadership qualities; oversee, direct and lead construction crews.
• Strong organizational skills for timesheets, inventory tracking, scheduling and work planning.

Responsibilities

• Supervise crews performing debris removal and guardrail repair.
• Oversee maintenance of traffic and related activities.
• Coordinate maintenance and construction activities and schedule crew assignments.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations and company policies.
