Roy Jorgensen Associates, Inc. is seeking a full-time Field Supervisor Night shift to oversee highway maintenance tasks in the Houston area.

The role includes supervising technicians, coordinating daily operations, and ensuring safety, productivity, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will have bilingual English/Spanish skills, at least 5 years of supervisory experience in highway maintenance, and the ability to operate heavy equipment.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Minimum 5 years of supervisor/field lead experience in highway maintenance.
• Roadway/toll lane maintenance experience essential.
• Industry knowledge of highway maintenance/construction transportation field.
• Experience operating Wheel Loader, Skid Steer, Forklift, Mini excavator, etc.
• Clean driving record is essential.
• Must pass criminal background check.
• CDL license a plus (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily highway maintenance operations and field activities.
• Coordinate staff development, safety, productivity, and regulatory compliance.
• Support night shift supervision with project yard operations in Houston, TX.
