Job summary

Roy Jorgensen Associates, Inc. is seeking a full-time Field Supervisor Night shift to lead highway maintenance crews in the Houston, TX area.

The role supervises tasks such as attenuator repair/install, sign repair/install, guardrail and concrete work, and ensures compliance with all regulations and company policies. Responsibilities include coordinating daily operations, supporting staff development, and maintaining safety and productivity on site.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English & Spanish.
• Minimum 5 years of supervisor/Field lead in highway maintenance.
• Roadway/toll lane maintenance experience.
• Industry knowledge of highway maintenance or construction transportation.
• Operator of heavy equipment (wheel loader, skid steer, forklift, mini excavator).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily field operations and support staff development.
• Ensure safety, productivity and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee highway maintenance tasks, including attenuator and sign repair/install, guardrail and concrete work.
• Supervise technicians reporting to the project yard in Houston, TX.
• Adapt to changing schedules and respond to emergencies.
