Sheakley is seeking a Field Safety Manager for a Night Shift Data Center Project in Point Pleasant, WV. This 12-month, 1099 contractor role focuses on field safety oversight across civil and utility construction scopes, with emphasize on night shift operations.

The ideal candidate will lead hazard recognition, inspections, incident investigations, and contractor accountability, ensuring OSHA compliance and safety excellence on a fast-paced data center build.

Competenze

• OSHA 30 certification and current first aid/CPR/AED.
• Experience managing field safety on construction sites.
• Ability to oversee excavation, trenching, and underground work.

Mansioni

• Provide field safety leadership across multiple active construction scopes.
• Monitor excavation, trenching, and grading activities for OSHA compliance.
• Support concrete placement and underground utility installation operations.
• Conduct daily site inspections, observations, and safety audits.
• Identify hazards and implement corrective actions with project leadership.
• Participate in incident investigations and follow-up actions.
• Promote safe work practices through active field engagement.
• Review activities and assist with risk mitigation planning.
