Job summary

Wayne-Sanderson Farms in Oakwood, Texas, seeks a night-shift worker to load feed trucks with correct feed type and quantity. Daily sampling and strict adherence to GMPs/FSMA policies are required. On-the-job training and benefits begin on day one.

Responsibilities include operating the bulk load-out system, weighing trucks, coordinating with production staff, and maintaining inventories and invoices while following safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proficiency in basic math and measurements.
• Experience with farm equipment is a plus.
• ability to work unsupervised and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Operate feed bulk load-out system and weigh trucks with required feed type and quantity.
• Coordinate schedule and production with personnel to maximize efficiency.
• Report equipment malfunctions promptly to reduce downtime.
• Take and record daily inventories.
• Provide documentation on feed invoices and ingredient weight tickets as requested.
• Follow all safety and quality procedures.
• Work in compliance with company policies, GMPs, FSMA regulations and local, state and federal laws.
• All other duties as assigned.
