Job summary

Wayne Farms in Texas is seeking a loader to efficiently load feed trucks and collect daily samples in line with company policies. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and adherence to GMP/FSMA guidelines.

The position requires operating bulk load-out systems, weighing trucks, coordinating with teams, and maintaining inventories. On-the-job training is provided with benefits starting on day one, and night/weekend hours are expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
• Experience in loading/operating feed or farm equipment is a plus.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, holidays and extended shift hours.

Responsibilities

• Under minimal supervision, operate feed bulk load-out system, load and weigh feed trucks with required feed type and quantity.
• Communicate and coordinate schedule and production with personnel to maximize efficiency.
• Report equipment malfunction to appropriate personnel in a timely manner to reduce down time.
• Take and record daily inventories.
• Provide documentation on feed invoices and ingredient weight tickets as requested.
• Follow all safety and quality procedures.
• Work in compliance with all company policies, GMP’s, FSMA regulations and local, state and federal policies, laws and regulations.
• All other duties as assigned.

Education And Certifications

Safety Requirements

• Must wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times in areas where required.
