Job summary

ASM Research seeks an Intermediate Federal Network Support Engineer to provide intermediate-level infrastructure and software services support for the Azure Core Networking team in Government Cloud environments. You will bridge Tier 1 operations with Tier 2 expertise, supporting 24x7 operations for secure federal facilities across ExpressRoute, VPN, and related services.

On-site required, shift hours 5PM-1:30AM.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in network operations or technical support.
• Active Secret clearance or ability to obtain CJIS background check.
• U.S. Citizenship; no dual citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Lead triage and mitigation of moderate complexity Livesite incidents and deployment incidents.
• Execute end-to-end deployment of Microsoft ExpressRoute devices for sites, including onboarding to GWM.
• Coordinate HWProxy and Scripting Framework work supports for AZN Systems.
• Provide guidance to Tier 1 engineers during complex incidents.
• Contribute to knowledge base with advanced troubleshooting guides.
