Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in network operations or technical support.
• U.S Citizenship due to federal contract requirements.
• Able to obtain CJIS background check.

Responsibilities

• Monitor capacity alerts for ExpressRoute Direct customers.
• Perform port provisioning and generate Network Design Templates.
• Document standard operating procedures for Tier 1 activities.
• Coordinate with Microsoft’s partners for capacity onboarding.

Skills

Basic understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, routing, switching)

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Customer service orientation

Ability to work independently in a 24x7 operational environment

Education

HS Diploma or GED; Bachelor's Degree preferred
