Job summary

Wilson Health in Sidney, Ohio, is seeking a Part-Time Family Birth Center Registered Nurse for 24 hours per week, including a 3rd shift (6:45 pm – 7:00 am). The role reports to the Family Birth Center Nurse Manager and supports obstetric patients in labor and related care.

You will collaborate with the care team, educate families, and apply evidence-based plans while supervising staff and ensuring safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse in the State of Ohio.
• Minimum 18 months labor and delivery experience.
• NRP and BLS required; ACLS orientation completion.
• NCC EFM certification required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physician, family, and hospital teams to develop and implement a care plan.
• Educate patient and family; modify plan based on patient progress and goals.
• Implement care based on assessment data and evidence-based practice.
• Supervise and mentor other birth center nursing staff as needed.
