Job summary

Clean Harbors, Inc. is seeking a Facility Operations Supervisor to oversee night-shift production crews at the Aragonite, UT facility.

This role requires physical labor under challenging conditions, with a shuttle provided for nearby commutes and a focus on safety and reliability. Responsibilities include supervising technicians, maintaining production flow, and collaborating with the Operations Manager to enhance throughput while ensuring adherence to safety SOPs and environmental permits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in a warehouse or supervisory role is preferred.
• Waste handling/transportation experience is preferred.
• Forklift, roll-off, and track hoe experience is a plus.
• Computer knowledge and usage is required.
• Excellent leadership skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Health and Safety is the top priority and uphold safe work practices.
• Perform shredding operations and manage shredding of nonflammable paint into roll-off bins.
• Supervise and develop multiple Facility Technicians.
• Ensure proper routing and manage according to efficiencies.
• Collaborate with Operations Manager to improve throughput and operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety SOPs and environmental permits.
• Develop daily production goals and ensure execution.
• Adhere to SOPs and perform other duties as assigned.
