Job summary

Novo Nordisk in West Lebanon, NH is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to maintain and troubleshoot process equipment and utilities across HVAC, boilers, cleanrooms, and related systems. This role supports night shift operations and requires hands-on experience in GMP environments or strong interest in applying mechanical skills to pharma manufacturing.

Responsibilities include PM, alarm response, troubleshooting, and coordinating with engineering and production.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years minimum experience in equipment operation and maintenance (Facilities related systems preferred)
• Basic mechanical knowledge
• Ability to read and understand equipment and system drawings
• Knowledge of proper use of hand tools

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance (PM) of plant equipment
• Respond to and rectify alarm conditions on plant equipment
• Perform troubleshooting, repair and corrective maintenance (CM) of manufacturing related equipment
• Develop and maintain a knowledge of building and process automation systems (BMS and PCS)
• Interfaces with engineering and/or manufacturing departments to schedule work in parallel with manufacturing operations
• Complete assigned PM work orders and Facilities work requests within the CMMS
• Train junior personnel
• Ability to work well autonomously and within a team
• Perform all other duties or tasks as assigned
• Performs all job duties in a compliant and ethical manner in accordance with healthcare laws and Novo Nordisk standards
