Job summary

Novo Nordisk in West Lebanon, NH is seeking a manufacturing support engineer to design and implement start-ups for GMP and non-GMP utilities. You will support FUSE systems such as chilled water, HVAC, steam, wastewater, and electrical distribution onsite.

The role requires collaboration with project managers, cross-functional teams, and experience in a GMP or cleanroom environment is a plus. This is an onsite role Monday–Friday at the West Lebanon facility, with commensurate job level based on

Qualifications

• Knowledge of GMPs is essential but not required as these can be learned on the job.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a high-paced team-oriented environment.
• Employees must be accessible during on-call period and respond within sixty minutes

Responsibilities

• Provides support to a designated manufacturing operations area including Facilities, Utility, Systems and Equipment (FUSE) troubleshooting to support deviations, corrective actions and related manufacturing impact or quality issues
• Tracking and evaluating process trends or issues in collaboration with quality, mfg. sciences and manufacturing
• Coordinating fabrication, procurement, installation, engineering start-up and validation activities of new equipment and systems including IQ/OQ protocols and related reports
• Participate in developing and implementing procedural or automation improvement changes
• Design and hazard reviews of plant expansions or process changes, serving as the technical point of contact for contractor services
• Interface between engineering, facilities, process development, quality assurance, validation and operations
