Silfab Solar is seeking a Facilities Supervisor for the Pitman Night Shift in Fort Mill, SC. You will oversee daily operations, maintenance, and reliability of facility infrastructure, supervising Technicians and contractors to keep systems safe and productive.

You will manage chemical delivery, process gas, water treatment, HVAC, and utility networks, ensuring compliance and timely maintenance while mentoring staff and coordinating projects and safety programs.

Competenze

• Minimum 7 years of facility maintenance, utilities, chemical processing, or industrial maintenance experience.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
• Experience with chemical process systems and hazardous materials in manufacturing.

Mansioni

• Oversee daily facilities operations and inspections.
• Supervise technicians and contractors, prioritize work with safety in mind.
• Support troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of facility infrastructure.
• Ensure safe operation of chemical delivery, process gas, water treatment, and HVAC systems.
• Coordinate chemical deliveries and manage inventories of supplies.
• Maintain compliance records, permits, SDS, and safety programs.
• Participate in emergency response and environmental health and safety activities.
• Train and develop Facilities Technicians in technical skills and safety procedures.
• Coordinate facility construction, renovations, and equipment installation.
