Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is seeking a Project Supervisor for full-time night shift at 2887 S Rochester Rd, Rochester Hills, MI. The role leads janitorial project work across locations within a defined area, ensuring safety and timely completion while coordinating staffing and supplies.

Responsibilities include floor and carpet cleaning, window washing, minor repairs, trash collection, restroom service, and keeping reports up to date.

Qualifications

• Must understand janitorial and building maintenance procedures.
• Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Ability to meet general customer expectations.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and chemical handling.

Responsibilities

• Leads crew and performs janitorial project work at multiple locations within a defined geographic area.
• May support staffing coordination for projects including communicating schedules.
• Floor surfaces and carpet cleaning.
• Carpet extractions.
• Wash windows.
• Minor wall repair.
• Gather and empty trash.
• Service, cleaning, and supply restrooms.
• Clean and polish furniture and fixtures.
• Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment.
• Move furniture and supplies manually or with hand trucks.
• Follow procedures for chemical cleaners and power equipment.
• Monitor building security and safety during and after hours.
