Qualifications

• Ability to lead crews across multiple sites within defined time frames.
• Strong verbal and written communication with prioritization skills.
• Ability to manage supplies, track performance data, and submit reports.

Responsibilities

• Leads crew and performs janitorial project work at multiple locations within a defined geographic area.
• May support staffing coordination for projects including communicating schedules.
• Floor surfaces and carpet cleaning; Carpet extractions; Wash windows.
