Kellermeyer Bergensons Services, LLC is hiring a Project Supervisor to lead janitorial crews across multiple sites in a fast-paced setting. You will ensure high safety and quality standards while coordinating schedules, managing supplies, and reporting performance metrics.

This full-time role includes night shifts and starting pay of $20.36 per hour. Responsibilities include supervising cleaning, carpet care, window washing, minor repairs, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Excellent understanding of janitorial/maintenance procedures and safety
• Tool and machine maintenance including basic break/fix
• Meet general customer expectations
• Strong verbal and written communication including time management
• Able to resolve requests in a fast-paced environment
• Lead a team in complex janitorial operations
• Provide timely facility escalations resolution
• Track supplies, document reports, and handle escalations
• Build rapport with customers
• Communicate in English (Spanish/English bilingual helpful)

Responsibilities

• Leads crew and performs janitorial project work at multiple locations within a defined geographic area.
• May support staffing coordination, including scheduling.
• Perform floor cleaning, carpet cleaning, wash windows, and minor repairs.
• Move and arrange furniture, manage supplies and waste.
• Ensure safety procedures and chemical usage compliance.
• Maintain customer relations and report on performance data.
