Job summary

Choctaw Nation is seeking a maintenance associate to perform general and preventative maintenance, carpentry, locksmith tasks, and event setup at a Broken Bow, OK facility. The role requires mechanical inclination, basic tool operation, and familiarity with cleaning/maintenance in hospitality environments.

Shift is 9:00PM-7:30AM on Sun, Thu, Fri, Sat with nights off Sun-Tue-Wed. Weekly wage access is available for this position, and a pool operator certification may apply.

Qualifications

• Mechanically inclined.
• Chemistry knowledge related to cleaning agents and safety.
• Ability to read and follow written or oral directions.
• Knowledge of cleaning machines and tools and their basic maintenance.
• Basic knowledge of hospitality maintenance requirements.
• Basic hand/power tool operation.
• Certified Pool Operator (if applicable).

Responsibilities

• General preventative maintenance on the property.
• Carpentry tasks: frame walls, drywall, shelves, carpet, painting.
• Locksmith tasks: repair locks and install door hardware.
• Address safety concerns related to maintenance.
• Maintain cleanliness of facilities inside and outside; daily cleaning.
• Arrange furniture and assist event setup.
• Follow safety protocols and report issues promptly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
