Osage Casino Hominy is seeking a Maintenance Technician to oversee building and grounds upkeep, including electrical, plumbing, and general repairs. The role requires strong safety awareness, reliable attendance, and the ability to work with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively with staff.

The position involves preventive and emergency maintenance, operation of lawn equipment and company vehicles, and ensuring a safe guest environment in a casino setting.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Six months of previous work experience required.
• Two to three years of experience in duties related to the position.
• Technical school or formal apprenticeship preferred/required based on operation needs.
• Pre-employment drug screen and Osage Nation gaming license required.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Osage Nation preference applies.
• Ability to perform all essential functions with/without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Keep informed of company information via bulletin boards, digital signage, and newsletters.
• Communicate concerns to supervisor and listen to feedback.
• Suggest improvements to supervision within the chain of command.
• Observe and report unsafe behavior by guests and staff.
• Perform general maintenance and minor repairs around the Casino as directed.
• Operate lawn equipment and company vehicles as needed.
• Organize tools and supplies; request additional resources when needed.
• Conduct preventive and emergency maintenance on assigned equipment.
• Troubleshoot and ensure structural, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and refrigeration systems operate correctly.
• Provide excellent guest service and maintain professional conduct.
