Job summary

Cherokee Nation Entertainment is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Associate in Oklahoma to perform day-to-day upkeep of our facilities, including painting, power washing, and landscaping. You will assist skilled trades and participate in renovations, with a focus on safety and adherence to PPE protocols.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, teamwork, and the ability to operate various tools and lifts. A high school diploma or GED and at least two years of related experience are required.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• At least two years of direct experience in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficiency in using and maintaining power tools.
• Experience operating one- and two-person lifts and scissor lifts.
• Knowledge of heavy equipment operation.
• Understanding of Lock Out/Tag Out procedures and PPE usage.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain license from gaming authority.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs for facility buildings, including painting interiors/exteriors and parking lot striping.
• Assist with carpentry, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing tasks.
• Conduct preventative maintenance on mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Maintain landscaping and grounds appearance.
• Power wash parking lots and assist with water softener maintenance.
• Support facility renovations and safety procedures.
