You will read blueprints, apply shop math, and ensure parts meet blueprint specifications while upholding safety and 5S standards. The role includes a 20‑minute paid lunch, overtime as needed, and a pathway for professional development within a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to read blueprints and use basic shop math.
• Read a tape measure and use a protractor.
• Identify steel types and gauges.
• Operate overhead hoist.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate fabrication equipment safely and efficiently.
• Produce quality parts meeting daily production requirements.
• Read and interpret blueprints to fabricate parts to specification.
• Apply basic shop math and use tape measures and protractors accurately.
• Identify types and gauges of steel and operate hoists safely.
• Monitor quality and support scrap reduction initiatives.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Work with team to achieve production goals.
