Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Trade school graduate preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Experience with fabrication equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate fabrication equipment safely and efficiently.
• Produce quality parts meeting daily production requirements.
• Read blueprints and apply shop math.
• Identify types and gauges of steel.
• Maintain 5S housekeeping and safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with team and supervisors.
• Work overtime as needed to meet production demands.
• Follow SOPs and environmental policies.
