Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic shop math; read a tape measure and use a protractor.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Identify steel types and gauges; calculate tonnage for punching/shearing.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate fabrication equipment safely and efficiently.
• Produce quality parts meeting daily production requirements.
• Read blueprints and fabricate parts to specification.
• Maintain 5S, safety standards, and communicate with team.
