Job summary

Eaton’s ES AMER ARS division is seeking a Fabricator II for the 3rd shift in Tennessee. This role involves resistance welding and riveting parts to prescribed specifications and serves as a quality checkpoint for welds and rivets.

The position offers an hourly rate of $20.42 plus a 5% shift differential. Hours are 11 PM to 7 AM with generous benefits, potential overtime, and opportunities for career progression within a climate-controlled environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• No current or final written warnings.
• Minimum six months in current role before applying for another position.

Responsibilities

• Perform resistance welding and/or riveting according to methods and specs.
• Serve as a quality checkpoint for welds and rivets.
• Follow safety policies and wear PPE.
• Set up welder including tips, post, arms, tooling, settings.
• Inspect parts and weld quality using measuring tools.
• Maintain cleanliness per 5S and assist with cross-training.
